We use a contact form plugin. The personal data captured when someone submits a contact form, will only be kept for the initial contact purposes. We do not use or share any of the information submitted through the contact form for marketing purposes.

Who we share your data with

PayPal as a payment processors, and is a third party provider with whom site data may be shared. However, all PayPal Payments Standard buttons created using the Create a PayPal payment button page are protected automatically. Either all payment data is saved by PayPal and only a single button ID is shared between the merchant website and PayPal, or the payment button code is encrypted before it is displayed on the merchant website.

By default WordPress does not share any personal data with anyone.

How long we retain your data

We keep contact form entries for a maximum of 6 weeks, we do not hold or keep analytics records.

What rights you have over your data

If you have used the contacts box to get in touch and left personal information but not used the service, all your data would be destroyed within 6 weeks. Any personal data held about you if you have used the service, we are obliged to keep for administrative and legal purposes for a maximum of 6 years as per the contract you will have signed, and none of which is held electronically.

We use security measures to ensure your data is protected online. And no personal data is held electronically, on hard-drives or external drives. At the end of the 6 year legal period, all personal data is destroyed, as per your contract. Personal data from services initialised but where there has been no continuance, is destroyed within 6 weeks. Personal data is kept in files in a locked drawer, in a locked office.
